Heavy duty and dependable container tilters are available in low profile,
floor level, automatic and square tilt models.
Floor Level Tilter Options:

The floor level automatic tilter allows boxes to be loaded onto the tilter
by lift truck, pallet jack or hand truck. Just attach a suction lance
to the standard lance holder and free flowing materials will empty completely
from the box.
Low Profile Tilt Table
Built low to the floor for easier container loading and material level
checks. This rugged tilter comes with a standard air bag lifting mechanism.
Available with foot pedal or hand lever control.
Automatic Tilt Table
The automatic tilt table simplifies pneumatic unloading by automatically
sensing the movement of materials toward one corner of the gaylord and
gradually tipping up to ensure a steady, uninterrupted flow of material.
Self-actuated motor tilts table up to 45û. Powered either electrically
or air over oil.
Square Tilt Table
Designed for safe, labor saving handling of heavy containers. The square
tilt table uses an air bag lifting mechanism to provide smooth, quiet
tilt action. Foot pedal or hand lever control available.

In applications where overall discharge height needs to be greater than
44 1/2", a stand can be provided. Stands are heavy- duty welded frames
that bolt to the dumper frame.
