Metal Smooth Bore Flex Hose
Smooth bore hose is ideally suited for dry bulk pneumatic conveying. This hose is produced with a durable
outer armor and a highly abrasion-resistant liner. A precision manufacturing process makes this hose unequaled
in strength and flexibility. Pressure and vacuum capabilities may be easily enhanced by the selection of an
appropriate packing material. The smooth bore hose is available in various alloys, metal strip thicknesses, and
in diameters from 1-1/2" through 8" I.D. Smooth bore hose is available in any length and can be provided
in bulk or fabricated assemblies.

PVC Material Transfer Hose
Our most popular material handling hose features a clear PVC tube with a mirror smooth bore to
provide excellent material flow rates. A clear rigid external PVC helix reinforcement enables user to visually monitor flow of materials.
High density PVC materials are known for their ability to withstand abrasion. Hose construction provides good flexibility with light weight.
Hose carries FDA "3A Dairy" rating/approval. Operating temperature range from 10°F to 150°F.
with Static Dissipating Ground Wire
This is the same durable light weight hose described above. The only difference is this hose contains an integral stranded copper wire to assure a positive ground where static build-up is a concern.
Material Transfer Hose
Hose is made from a urethane formulation which will outlast PVC materials by at least three times when handling abrasive materials. Hose has
an ultra-smooth bore to provide excellent material flow rates. Tube and cover of hose are
transparent. A gray rigid PVC helix provides
reinforcement. Urethane is an inert material which is unaffected by a variety of harsh substances.
Corrugated construction provides good flexibility and light weight making hose easy to use.
Hose remains flexible at sub-zero temperatures from -30? to 150?.
This hose is unmatched for durability and
long-term abrasion resistance. Severe service hose is specifically designed for unloading pellets from rail cars, handling sand blast grit, the transfer
of grain, and similar severe service applications.
Severe service hose is a blend of urethane,
PVC and rubber that makes it flexible, light weight and easy to handle Ð even in the larger sizes. Compared to rubber and metal hoses, this hose offers a low-cost alternative. The outer black cover is static dissipating and ozone-resistant. Operating temperatures from -30°F to 150°F.
